Send an invoice notification to the customer.

Requires MANAGE_ORDERSpermission.

Triggers the following webhook events:

  • INVOICE_SENT (async): A notification for invoice send
  • NOTIFY_USER (async): A notification for invoice send

ID of an invoice to be sent.
